By using the Gurglee app and website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.
1. The service
Gurglee is an application for managing and monitoring aquariums (water parameters, maintenance, livestock). The core features are free and work offline. Some features ("Premium") may require a paid subscription.
2. Proper use
- You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes or in violation of others' rights.
- You are responsible for the data you enter and, if you enable an account, for your login credentials.
3. No professional advice
Gurglee is a support tool. Its indications, ranges and alerts are for informational purposes and do not replace a professional's judgement, nor do they guarantee the health of the organisms kept in your aquariums. Management decisions remain yours.
4. Premium subscriptions
If you activate a paid plan, prices, duration and renewal/withdrawal conditions will be shown at the time of purchase, through the applicable store or payment provider. Premium conditions to be defined
5. Intellectual property
The "Gurglee" trademark, the logo, the design and the software are owned by the operator. The data you enter remains yours.
6. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or loss of data arising from use of the service. We recommend keeping copies of important data.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; changes will be published on this page with the relevant date.
